Solutions + Co collaborated to create a green space that represented Northcliff House, standing there previously for 50 years.
Northcliff House was previously standing in it’s place, closing shortly before the Sydney Harbour Bridge was established.
The area was previously boarded up and inaccessible by the public. This space was to be transformed into a green space for the public to utilise.
We assisted in extending the existing boardwalk that stood previously.
The structural elements took inspiration from the previous Northcliff House, whilst also making the most of the harbour views.
With environmental aspects to consider during the construction process, we were able to assist in pulling it all together.
Northcliff Park enjoys views of Luna Park and Sydney Harbour.
